Music that moves you

What is it about music that stirs the soul? I don't know. One thing I do know, however, is that music can change my moods. If I'm sad and I want to be more upbeat, I listen to lively music. If I'm feeling melancholic, I listen to jazz or sing. And when I want to be inspired there are a select few songs I listen to.

Music strengthens neural pathways in the brain and the more you listen to some music the more you 'tune' yourself into it. And this is not always good. Just think of Gothic type of music. No, when it comes to music, you must be selective in the things that you listen.

This section is dedicated to those rarest of songs. Those songs that makes you want to be better, to reach higher, to touch more people in more ways and to be your best.
