What it means to me
Every time I hear this song I want to jump up and down saying: "Here I am! Here I am!" I want to be your hero. Not really Bonnie Tyler's
hero, just someone's hero.
I'm a big fan of the Smallville series. Often times I wonder what I would do if I were Superman - would I be the good guy or would I be
the bad guy. It is an inspiring thought to think you can sweep someone of their feet, but then again, if you have are so powerful, who is
going to stop you from just doing what you want?
But I'm not Superman. In the words of the Matrix "Only human!" So this song gives me the feeling that somewhere out there is the person
for whom I will be a hero. And THAT makes me smile. And I want to be your hero baby!
