Stop making excuses - you know what I'm talking about

A Nike ad that hits close to home on an inspirational level. How many of us would recognize most or all of the excuses this guy throws back at us?



Every once in a while I need to be reminded to be a man of integrity and that what I say and what I do isn't congruent. If I whine that I want to get fit, but I continuously make excuses, like the weather is bad, or I don't feel like it today. It is then that you need a kick in the behind.

Or maybe just a reminder that you say you want one thing, but yet don't do anything about it (besides making excuses).

Similar with making an extra income: lots of people whine that they would like more money, but when asked what they are doing about it, they make a range of excuses. Quoting Nike 'Just Do It!'
