The $40 challenge started out as a post on the Richdad community forums, so I do not want to take credit for the idea (the forum post can be found at Original $40-challenge). What I do want to do however, is to keep a record of it here on my site because it served as tremendous inspiration to me to undertake this challenge. And I want to challenge each and everyone that are visiting this page to take up this simple $40 challenge.
Start with $40 and only $40 (so basically anyone can do this).
No additional money can be added except reinvested profits from the original $40.
Any non-sweat equity resources used must come from the $40 (so you cant count on your computer unless you go to the public library to do this).
Document and share your process.
There is no time limit, it is for the challenge and educational purposes only.
So, there it is: a simple task that we can comprehend yet it challenges us to think just a little further and longer than what we might be used to. Are you up for it?
